Ruby Medical Center

Services Provided

At the Ruby Medical Centre, we offer general medical care in both official languages including obstetrical care, care of the newborns, geriatrics and minor surgeries. All of us also provide care at the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital.

Medical Prescriptions

Please call your pharmacy to have them fax to our office your prescription for renewal. There is no fee for this service.

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please call our office as soon as possible at 613-632-0605 to advise us. Should you miss an appointment without informing us beforehand, fees will be charged.

  • Outside of these hours, please call the Telephone Health Advisory Service at 1-866-553-7205. 

    This free service will put you in contact with specially trained, bilingual nursing professionals available to answer your health questions from 5 pm to 9 am, Monday to Friday, as well as night and day on weekends and official holidays.

After Hours Clinic

I am a member of the After Hours Clinic at the Hawkesbury Medical Centre, 151 Main Street East, Suite 123. You need to call 613-632-4242 to book an appointment on the same day.  The phone line will be available as of 10am.  Appointments are between 5:00 and 7:30pm.
