Rules and Regulations:

Beginning December 15, 2022 you will be able to book your appointment for the evening walk-in at the following website: https://hawkesbury.inputhealth.com. You can only book the same day starting at 9am for weekday walk-in. For the Saturday morning clinic, you can book 1 day prior. You may also book an appointment by calling your family physician’s office. 

Your family physician must be part of the Lower Outaouais Family Health Team.

A copy of the visit record is sent to each patient’s family doctor and to the treating physician. When tests are prescribed during a visit to the clinic, the results are sent to the treating physician and the family doctor only. The clinic does not receive test results.

To ensure maximum efficiency, we respectfully ask that you follow these rules.
